The title and sub-title should be short but should give an indication of what the book is about. It is a photo book that will also serve as a dog breed reference guide for individuals that are in the market for a new pet. It will go beyond basic dog breed facts and will tell the prospective adoptive families what they really need to know about the breed before making the decision to adopt. It will also address the most common reasons why certain dogs are surrendered by their owners to help prevent this from happening in the future. It will feature one special dog from each group that has a story to tell about the conditions that they were rescued from. The story will be accompanied by a photo that is aimed at tugging at the viewer’s heart-strings. It will also list the name and contact information of the organization that rescued the dog.
